We don’t accept returns for change of mind.

If you believe your item is faulty, please email toydroprobina@gmail.com with proof of purchase so we can assess the issue and help.

Damage caused by misuse, including biting, puncturing or excessive stretching, is not covered. Splitting or popping during normal use will be assessed for a possible product fault.

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including any entitlement to a repair, replacement or refund.
